BluSense Diagnostics and Amphi-bac will within a period of 2 years, develop the first version of an integrated system for affordable, fast and reliable detection of E. coli bacteria in drinking water – available for use directly on location and with the ability to alarm water utilities immediately.
The system will combine BluSense Diagnostics’ patented sensing technology, based on molecular detection of E. coli DNA, with a high bacteria pre-concentration systems from Amphibac into a single detection unit, which we foresee to have great international impact potential on water utilities.
